CNA Job Description

At Saint Elizabeth Community, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team in providing exceptional care to our residents. As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing daily care to our residents in accordance with our established policies and procedures, ensuring the highest degree of quality care is maintained.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor residents' health and report any changes to the nursing staff
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans


Qualifications:
  • High school degree or equivalent required
  • Current and valid CNA certification in Rhode Island or a graduate of an approved Nurse Assistant training program with a 120-day temporary CNA certification
