Project Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced construction professional to lead our multi-family housing, senior living, student housing, and hospitality projects to successful completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering projects on schedule and ensuring the highest level of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze working drawings, building specifications, and project plans to identify potential issues and conflicts.
  • Manage the jobsite, including trailer, signage, material staging, and temporary utility access.
  • Oversee the implementation of safety measures and company programs to ensure a safe workplace.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, focusing on meeting project schedules and budgets.
  • Conduct regular project inspections and monitor labor productivity to ensure project goals are met.
  • Review and implement quality assurance programs to ensure high-quality construction.
  • Coordinate between different disciplines to ensure project layout and field conditions are accurate.
  • Oversee the completion of project punchlists and ensure all project disciplines are completed to receive a certificate of occupancy.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in construction, preferably in multi-family construction, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, and concrete experience.
  • College education a plus.
  • Knowledge of all aspects of construction, including technology, equipment, and methods.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven record of building on schedule.
  • Ability to identify, investigate, and quantify project problems and corresponding alternatives and consequences.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work productively with others and foster solid client relationships.
  • Proficiency in construction management software, including Procore, Timberline, Bluebeam, CMiC, PlanGrid, Textura, and Field ID.
  • Ability to use the internet and Microsoft Office 365.
