About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Construction Management Intern to join our team at JT Engineering, Inc. for the summer of 2025. As a Construction Management Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including highway and bridge development efforts, and gain hands-on experience in construction engineering and management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform basic technical and engineering support duties as part of an engineering team
  • Conduct construction inspections, quantity measurements, and computations
  • Apply basic engineering standards to complete and/or check field computations and calculations
  • Develop a basic comprehension of highway plans and specifications
  • Assist with CAD work or project estimations
Requirements
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Construction Management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to concentrate on complex problems for extended periods
  • Valid driver's license and use of personal vehicle for travel between jobsites
  • Ability to physically perform work in the field
  • Legally authorized to work permanently in the country where this position is located
