Key Responsibilities
  • Communication Management: In the morning, check voicemail and email systems to review messages and ensure timely responses to all rental applicants and address work orders.
  • New Landlord Engagement: Conduct initial meetings with landlords, perform property inspections, manage key exchanges, and complete necessary documentation.
  • Property Listings: Inspect new rental properties, meet with landlords, capture property photos, manage lockbox setups, and schedule property showings.
  • Move-In/Move-Out Coordination: Oversee the inspection process for tenants moving in and out, documenting conditions and filing necessary reports.
  • Rent Collection: Follow up with tenants regarding overdue payments and coordinate with landlords on potential eviction processes.
  • Eviction Procedures: Initiate and manage the eviction process, liaising with legal representatives and ensuring all documentation is complete.
  • Lease Termination: Communicate with tenants and landlords regarding lease terminations, send required notices, and manage the move-out process.
  • Licensing and Inspections: Schedule and resolve issues related to city licenses and inspections, ensuring compliance with regulations.
