A leading provider of technology services is seeking a skilled credit analyst to enhance their financial operations. This role is structured as a contract-to-hire opportunity, contingent upon experience and performance.
Position Summary
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B collections. Familiarity with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes is advantageous.
Compensation
Hourly Rate: $19 - $21
Shift: First
Work Hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
Education Requirement: High School Diploma
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting B2B collection calls
- Managing customer correspondence via email
- Reissuing invoices, credits, and returns
- Negotiating payment plans with clients
- Assessing accounts for credit holds
- Analyzing account history and generating billing reports
- Utilizing Great Plains and other systems for transaction searches
- Proficiently using Excel for creating pivot tables and reports

Qualifications
