Credit Specialist

At DEMDACO, we are seeking a highly skilled Credit Specialist to join our team. As a Credit Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial health of our customers and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Obtain and analyze credit data to estimate the degree of risk involved in extending credit to customers.
- Notify customers of credit decisions and work with them to resolve any discrepancies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, Territory Managers, and Regional Sales Managers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in credit and collections.
- Associate's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
- 0-2 years of experience in a related field, such as credit analysis, collections, or financial services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with order processing systems and contact management software.
