Summary:

As the Industrial Sales Manager at Arctic Compressor, you will play a pivotal role in propelling growth within the industrial market for our advanced high-pressure air compressors. These compressors are essential for applications requiring high-pressure air, including breathing air systems. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in sales strategy, technical capital products, and relationship management. This position emphasizes selling our existing product line to the industrial sector while nurturing long-term partnerships to drive business and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to ensure consistent revenue growth, with a compensation model that rewards performance aligned with market expansion.
  • Build and maintain relationships with distributors or resellers who have established networks in target industries.
  • Engage with industry associations, participate in select trade shows, and connect with potential customers to foster relationships and understand their needs.
  • Establish and maintain strong connections with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Promote Arctic Compressor as the preferred choice by thoroughly assessing customer needs and providing tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Customize messaging to emphasize how our compressors fulfill specific industry requirements, such as reliability, efficiency, and capacity.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive and effective product positioning.
  • Manage the multi-stage sales process while utilizing internal and external resources to facilitate sales advancement.
  • Utilize CRM tools to consistently track and report key performance indicators throughout the sales process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or marketing with a track record of year-over-year growth.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented, with a focus on identifying opportunities for both personal and company growth.
  • Familiarity with applications for high-pressure compressors.
  • Strong technical knowledge paired with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to analyze market data and formulate strategic plans.
  • Accountable and committed to meeting obligations.
  • Capable of working independently and effectively.

Compensation Structure:

Our compensation package is designed to reward top performers. Successful sales professionals in this role have the potential to earn six-figure incomes, with earnings directly linked to their performance. We offer an uncapped commission structure along with additional performance bonuses, ensuring that your earning potential is only limited by your ambition and ability to close deals.

Position Attributes:

  • Reports To: Vice President
  • Position Type: Full-Time, Salary plus commission
  • Travel: Up to 75% may be required, with work hours extending beyond the standard schedule due to client meetings and business development activities.
  • Flexibility: Ability to adapt to varying schedules, including evenings and weekends, based on business needs and client engagements.
