Summary:

As the Industrial Sales Manager, you’ll be expected to drive growth within the industrial sector for our high-pressure air compressors.  Our high-pressure compressor can be used for breathing air and other application where high-pressure air is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales strategy, technical capital products, and relationship building. This role will focus on selling existing Arctic Compressor products into the industrial sector and fostering long-term partnerships to achieve business and revenue growth.  We offer a transparent compensation plan with clear earning potential, allowing you to build a rewarding career with us.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Execute and implement sales strategies to achieve consistent business revenue growth.  Our compensation model will reward personnel whose performance matches company growth within the market.
  • Cultivate partnerships with distributors or resellers who have established relationships within target industries.
  • Network with industry associations, attend selective trade shows, and engage with potential customers/dealers to build relationships and understand their requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Establish preference for Arctic Compressor by conducting thorough assessments of customer needs and offering tailored solutions which meet customer expectations.
  • Tailor messaging to highlight how our compressors meet industry-specific needs (e.g., reliability, efficiency, capacity).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent and effective product positioning.
  • Control the multistage sales process while leveraging internal and external resources to advance the sale.
  • Consistently utilize CRM to track and report regular KPI’s for status within the sales process.


Requirements & Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing with year over year growth
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented to realize opportunity for company and self-growth. 
  • Knowledge of application for high-pressure compressors.
  • Strong technical aptitude combined with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans.
  • Accountable, holds self and others accountable to meet commitments.
  • Highly capable of working independently.

 

Compensation

Our compensation package is designed to reward high performers. Top sales professionals in this role can earn six-figure incomes, with earnings directly tied to their success. We offer an uncapped commission structure and additional performance bonuses, ensuring your earning potential is limited only by your ambition and ability to close deals.

  • Reports To: Vice President 
  • Position Type: Full-Time, Salary plus commission.
  • Travel: Up to 75% may be required and work hours may extend beyond the standard 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule due to client meetings and business development activities.
  • Flexibility: Ability to adapt to varying schedules, including evenings and weekends, based on business requirements and client engagements.
  • Work Environment: This position primarily operates in a manufacturing environment that requires the employee to follow safety protocols and best practices.
