Job Summary

The University of Arkansas Hope-Texarkana is seeking a dynamic and engaging Full-Time Speech Instructor to join our team. As a key member of our Arts and Humanities department, you will be responsible for teaching college-level and concurrent credit Speech courses, serving as an academic advisor, and working closely with division members to promote student success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach Speech courses on the Hope and Texarkana campuses
  • Serve as an academic advisor and provide guidance to students
  • Collaborate with Arts, Humanities, & Education division members to promote student success
  • Participate in planning, assessment, and professional development
  • Teach on the Hope and Texarkana campuses, with possible evening duties
Qualifications

We are seeking a candidate with a Master's degree in Communications, with 18 graduate hours in the field. Teaching experience in Speech is preferred, and consideration will be given to applicants with experience in teaching concurrent credit, online, and/or site-to-site via Blackboard Collaborate.
