Job Title: Airport Contract Specialist

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing and maintaining all corporate, special projects, and operations-related contracts to ensure the best possible cost. This includes working closely with procurement managers to develop and implement contract strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage contract proposals for various goods and services, including maintenance, tooling, engineering, facilities, people services, marketing, flight operations, and training.
  • Maintain accurate records of all agreements and contracts in our contract management system.
  • Prepare regular cost analysis reports and provide them to management.
  • Coordinate efforts with team members to facilitate execution of various projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum three years of office management, communication, research analysis, and data management experience.
  • Sound information technology knowledge, research, and data analysis skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Salary and Benefits:

$60,000 - $82,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, profit sharing, 401(k), employee stock purchase plan, tuition reimbursement, flight benefits, paid vacation, holidays, and sick time.
