We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physician Quality Improvement Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading quality improvement activities to achieve favorable outcomes on contracts and financial incentives.

As a Physician Quality Improvement Specialist, you will work closely with primary care providers, clinical staff, and payers to achieve key measures of success. You will provide constructive feedback to providers and staff, continuously learn payer quality programs, and collaborate with payers to understand their quality data.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Medical Assistant, current BLS/CPR certification, and proficiency in basic computer programs and operating systems. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

This is a full-time position offering competitive compensation and benefits. The estimated salary range for this position is between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
