Responsibilities
  • Perform physical examinations and diagnostic procedures to deliver the highest quality care to our patients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and wishes, and provide them with clear explanations of their pet's condition and treatment options.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient, and educate clients on preventative health care and nutritional products.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, and assist colleagues in follow-up and future management of patients.
  • Stay current with new medical information and changes in veterinary medicine, and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Requirements
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university.
  • Licensure in good standing to practice in the state of Georgia.
  • Professional comportment and appearance, with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, friendly attitude.
  • The ability to make decisions and communicate clearly and effectively with fellow team members.
  • Respect for and willingness to work with clients and their pets.
