Job Overview

This role involves managing key accounts, prospecting new business opportunities, and building long-lasting relationships with clients. As a critical contributor to our growth, you'll help us exceed sales targets and achieve significant revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for building strategic partnerships. You'll own the full sales cycle—from identifying potential clients to closing deals—ensuring that each customer receives exceptional value and service.

Responsibilities
  • Pitch and close new business while expanding existing client relationships.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the team's overall success.
  • Manage and grow assigned accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
  • Bring in prospective customers and generate new business opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and providing exceptional service.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Account Executive with a proven track record.
  • BA/BSc in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to track and analyze sales performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, equity package, and performance-based bonuses. The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000, plus commissions and bonuses. We also provide unlimited PTO, health and wellness benefits, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
