Test Technician II

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Test Technician II to join our team at BAE Systems USA. In this role, you will be responsible for testing and tuning microwave modules to meet customer requirements.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Test and tune microwave modules to meet customer specifications
- Provide technical advice and assistance to engineers in the development or modification of electronic assemblies and sub-assemblies
- Develop process improvements in the work cells of the manufacturing factory to improve quality, cost, and schedule
- Assist product engineers in developing tune patterns to allow modules to meet specifications without extensive tuning
**Requirements**
- High school diploma or GED and 1 year of related work experience
- Experience with microwave testing and knowledge of MIL STD-883
- Experience working with microscopes
