Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to all members and guests, ensuring a welcoming and valued experience.
  • Membership Sales: Sell membership packages and services to new and existing members, meeting sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services, including pricing, policies, and promotions.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication skills to build strong relationships with members and guests.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months of sales or customer service experience.
  • Certification: Complete Concierge Certification upon hire.
  • Availability: Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Preferred Requirements
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
Compensation

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $15.50 and paying up to $19.25, based on experience and qualifications.
