Café Ambassador

The Role:

We are seeking a skilled Café Ambassador to join our team at Capital One. As a Café Ambassador, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for our customers and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bring the Café experience to life by engaging with customers and the community in all areas of the Café.
• Proactively assist customers with their financial journeys, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
• Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive and productive work environment.
• Stay up-to-date with digital and technical skills to provide exceptional customer service.
• Partner with local businesses and organizations to plan events and promote financial literacy.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Certification.
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
