Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Midland, TX. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in helping students develop essential communication skills that contribute to their academic and personal success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify students' speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique requirements.
  • Collaborate with educators and parents to ensure that speech and language goals are integrated into the students' overall educational programs.
  • Monitor and document student progress, making necessary adjustments to therapy plans.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert input on speech and language goals and strategies.
  • Offer support and training to teachers and parents on how to assist students in improving their communication skills in the classroom and at home.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Must hold an active or pending Texas SLP license.
  • Experience in a school setting, particularly with IEPs, is highly preferred.
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, student-centered approach.
  • Commitment to maintaining accurate records and adhering to ethical and legal standards in speech-language pathology.
