Position Overview:
  • We are in search of a compassionate and skilled Speech Language Pathologist who can deliver high-quality therapeutic services to our patients. The ideal candidate will conduct assessments, evaluate patient conditions, and create tailored therapy and treatment plans aimed at enhancing essential speech capabilities. A strong understanding of speech-related disorders and therapeutic interventions is crucial. Adaptability and a patient-centered approach are key to meeting the diverse needs of our clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out the fundamental duties and primary responsibilities of a Speech Language Pathologist. This includes evaluating patients, establishing treatment goals, implementing speech therapy interventions, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with medical professionals and other healthcare staff.
  • Administer speech therapy modalities, procedures, and protocols in accordance with departmental standards.
  • Ensure timely and precise documentation of all patient interactions and treatments.
  • Adhere to and support hospital policies, procedures, and protocols in practice.
  • Take initiative for personal professional growth and development.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's Degree is required; a Master's or Doctoral Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program is mandatory.
  • Must possess a valid license as a Speech Language Pathologist in the State of Texas.
