Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct product and package qualification of semiconductor products.
  • Draft and execute new product qualification plans.
  • Develop test fixtures and/or circuit boards for environmental tests.
  • Set up and debug test measurement equipment.
  • Collect data through device measurements.
  • Complete statistical data analysis and interpretation.
  • Assist in failure analysis of failed samples.
  • Contribute to root cause and corrective action reports.
