About the Role:As a Community Disaster Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a diverse team of volunteers in implementing disaster cycle services programming throughout your assigned geographic area. You will work closely with local partners and stakeholders to identify and address community needs, and develop and implement strategies to build resilience and preparedness.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and support a team of volunteers in implementing disaster cycle services programming

- Collaborate with local partners and stakeholders to identify and address community needs
- Manage and coordinate disaster relief operations in your assigned geographic area
- Develop and maintain relationships with community leaders and organizations
- Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in disaster response, volunteer management, or a related field
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel
