- Develop and maintain program strategy, including tactical planning using resources like MS Suite, and Power BI.
- Collaborate with SMEs, schedulers, customers, and project analysts to ensure successful project outcomes.
- 10+ years of experience in curriculum development.
- Ability to work in a team or independently to deliver client work.
- Secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a Training Systems field.
- Experience with acquisition-related processes and deliverables, such as Statement of Work (SOW), Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), and Data Item Descriptions (DIDs).
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Confluence, and Jira.
- Experience with coursework development in the Navy's Content Management Systems (CMS), and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Knowledge of optimizing information flow and recommending knowledge management solutions.
- Knowledge of the principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effectiveness.
- Knowledge of selecting and using training and instructional methods and procedures appropriate for the situation when learning or teaching new things.
- Ability to observe, receive, and otherwise obtain information from all relevant sources.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information and ideas, verbally and in writing, to support informal and formal forums so others from diverse backgrounds and experience levels will understand.
- Ability to operate within a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple programs concurrently.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172, annualized USD.
