As a seasoned Training Manager, you will play a critical role in implementing and maintaining organizational programs that support modernized and legacy maintenance and supply systems. Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain organizational programs in support of 5 modernized and multiple legacy maintenance and supply systems.
  • Work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting.
  • Develop and maintain program strategy, including tactical planning using resources like MS Suite, and Power BI.
  • Collaborate with SMEs, schedulers, customers, and project analysts to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in curriculum development.
  • Ability to work in a team or independently to deliver client work.
  • Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a Training Systems field.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with acquisition-related processes and deliverables, such as Statement of Work (SOW), Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), and Data Item Descriptions (DIDs).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Confluence, and Jira.
  • Experience with coursework development in the Navy's Content Management Systems (CMS), and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Knowledge of optimizing information flow and recommending knowledge management solutions.
  • Knowledge of the principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effectiveness.
  • Knowledge of selecting and using training and instructional methods and procedures appropriate for the situation when learning or teaching new things.
  • Ability to observe, receive, and otherwise obtain information from all relevant sources.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex information and ideas, verbally and in writing, to support informal and formal forums so others from diverse backgrounds and experience levels will understand.
  • Ability to operate within a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple programs concurrently.
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172, annualized USD.
