About the Role:
The Employee Engagement Champion is a key member of the TransPerfect team, responsible for fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. This individual will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement initiatives that promote employee engagement, recognition, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute employee incentive and recognition programs to boost morale and motivation.
- Work with the Site Leader to plan and execute site-wide initiatives and events.
- Brainstorm and share ideas to improve employee engagement and morale.
- Meet with the Senior Leadership Team to discuss upcoming initiatives and share best practices.
- Serve as the main point of contact for marketing and communications, including organizing company events and social media initiatives.
- Develop social media content and strategies to support employee engagement and external campaigns.
- Organize annual events, such as picnics, holiday celebrations, and recognition programs.
- Work with Human Resources to develop and execute employee recognition programs, including anniversary and birthday recognition.
- Plan and execute quarterly events to celebrate top performers and core values winners.
- Photograph events and share photos with employees.
- Develop and maintain a monthly event calendar.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate TransPerfect's core values in an ongoing and consistent way.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional customer service and multitasking skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective project and time management skills.
- Flexible and available to work extended hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a call center environment working with all levels of the organization.
- Advanced understanding of social media tools and platforms.
- Proficiency in MS Office products.
