- Familiarize yourself with the menu and introduce servers to guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
- Greet guests warmly and provide a positive first impression of the hotel.
- Stay up-to-date on daily specials and promotions, ensuring that guests are aware of available options.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience as a Host or in a similar customer-facing role is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
