Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a FULLY REMOTE, full-time, entry-level, evening shift position, with some weekend work. The Customer Service Representative will act as a connection, establishing and building relationships with our customers, operating in a fast-paced environment with precision and competence.
Responsibilities- Handle high amounts of incoming calls and identify and evaluate customers' needs to deliver satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive discussion.
- Provide accurate, valid and comprehensive information by using the right methods/tools.
- Manage complaints, provide proper solutions and options; follow up to secure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Some proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative is preferred.
- Strong phone administration skills and active listening capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and control time effectively.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work nights & some weekends.
