Key Responsibilities:


• Fill in for teachers during their absence, delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and engaging students in learning activities.

• Manage classroom behavior and create a respectful and productive classroom environment.

• Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents, fostering a positive school climate.

• Support students in their learning by providing additional assistance and guidance as needed.

• Participate in faculty meetings and professional development opportunities.

• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure educational goals are met and to enhance school programs.

• Maintain confidentiality regarding students and school personnel.

• Perform any additional duties assigned by school administration.


Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field preferred.

• Experience working with children or in an educational setting (student teaching, substitute teaching, tutoring) is highly desirable.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage classroom dynamics and create a safe, inclusive learning environment.

• Flexible, adaptable, and able to work with a variety of age groups and subjects.
