Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita. As a Home Hemodialysis Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing education and support to patients and their care partners in a clinical setting, empowering them to take control of their dialysis treatment from the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive patient care in an independent setting, applying your core nursing skills to assess, diagnose, and implement complete care plans.
  • Empower patients by teaching them to administer their own dialysis and take ownership of their health.
  • Lead, coach, and guide patients, support systems, and care partners, building deep relationships and fostering a sense of community.
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Minimum of 12 months of RN experience.
  • At least 12 months of dialysis experience required.
  • Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance in the state of residence.
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); or three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for a nursing degree.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
