- Identify opportunities to upsell and enhance customer insurance portfolios.
- Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes to offer informed advice and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Possess or be willing to obtain an Ohio Property & Casualty License.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Dedication to meeting client needs and providing exceptional service.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid remote environment while maintaining productivity.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute positively to a team environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools.
