Key Responsibilities
  • Component Preparation and Placement: Prepare and place components on printed circuit boards (PCBs) with precision and accuracy.
  • Soldering and Assembly: Hand solder through-hole components and wires to PCBs, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Quality Control and Inspection: Perform trim touch-up and basic rework on PCBs as needed, adhering to inspection criteria and feedback.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Wash and clean PCBs as required, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Problem-Solving and Collaboration: Assist in resolving routine manufacturing-related problems, working closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; up to 2 years of experience in electronics assembly and manufacturing.
  • Skills and Abilities: Good eyesight and hand coordination; ability to read and understand assembly prints; ability to solder using magnification; ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.
Working Conditions
