- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; up to 2 years of experience in electronics assembly and manufacturing.
- Skills and Abilities: Good eyesight and hand coordination; ability to read and understand assembly prints; ability to solder using magnification; ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.
