Role Overview

Bridge Investment Group Holdings LLC is seeking a skilled Regional Director of Operations to lead and drive the success of multiple apartment communities.

This role offers an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to make a significant impact while working closely with the VP and senior leadership team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing property management team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key agencies and stakeholders, enhancing the company's reputation and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Drive occupancy rates by leveraging market insights, analyzing trends, and implementing data-driven strategies.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure alignment with housing laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Develop and manage budgets for property improvements, ensuring timely execution and optimal returns.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and improvement, aligning with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and property owners, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Promote a culture of safety, adhering to best practices and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure seamless implementation of company policies and procedures across all properties.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a regional manager or equivalent.
  • Industry certification (a plus).
  • A proven track record of successful management, leadership, and problem-solving.
  • Strong budgeting, financial analysis, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant housing laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Ability to travel frequently and multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
