The Opportunity

As a Manager, Speed and Reliability System Architecture, you will helm the System Architecture charter for the Speed and Reliability team, driving design-to-silicon correlation and setting new standards for excellence. You will lead and encourage the SSG Speed/Reliability Architecture and Methodology functions, setting a benchmark for excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the development of groundbreaking system architecture features that improve speed, ensure reliability, and optimize power modeling for all NVIDIA silicon projects.
  • Champion system architecture guidelines for speed and reliability across all chip features, ensuring cohesive alignment within NVIDIA's diverse market sectors.
  • Collaborate with SSG leadership to define operational goals and strategic policies that amplify our impact across the tech landscape.
  • Empower and lead a team of experts to achieve remarkable outcomes and foster a collaborative environment ripe for breakthroughs.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in silicon bring-up and productization, with expertise in silicon speed and reliability, PVT, process and device physics, and timing closure.
  • 4+ years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving innovation and excellence.
  • BS or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering (Masters preferred).
