Bird Dog Equity Partners LLC is a hotel investment and management company that prioritizes creating lifelong relationships and enriching the lives of those we serve.
We are seeking a Night Audit Guest Services Representative to join our team at Niobrara Lodge. As a representative, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and manage all aspects of their accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Manage online and phone reservations
- Inform customers about payment methods and verify credit card data
- Register guests collecting necessary information
- Welcome guests upon arrival and assign rooms
- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities
- Respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Liaise with housekeeping staff to ensure clean, tidy rooms
- Tend and fold laundry when needed
- Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers
- Upsell additional facilities and services when appropriate
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
- Run reports and auditing systems
Requirements
- Work experience as a hotel Front Desk Agent or similar role preferred
- Experience with property management software is a plus
- Understanding of travel planning websites
- A strong desire to learn and develop
- Customer service attitude
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Degree in hospitality related field is an asset
- Willingness to work over nights, weekends, and holidays
Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year
