Your Role
As a vital member of the Home Partnership team, the Relationship Management Associate will manage some of Unison's key transactions. This encompasses property sales, contract buyouts, intricate asset management disputes, and more. You should be well-versed in residential real estate transactions and enthusiastic about enhancing your understanding of home equity co-investing.
About You
You thrive on engaging with individuals and are dedicated to making a positive impact in the real estate sector. You represent your organization with integrity and enjoy collaborating with others. You will contribute to the team that is defining the standards for home equity co-investment management and influencing the industry as a whole.
Within the First Month, You Will:
- Oversee property sales and contract buyouts to safeguard the interests of both investors and homeowners.
- Address complex asset management issues related to home equity investments with precision, thoroughness, and compassion.
- Act as a liaison between homeowners and internal departments (compliance, operations, legal, and investment management) to ensure education and transparency.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all homeowner interactions to provide actionable insights for managing partner relationships.
- Handle your own portfolio of servicing and asset management cases.
Within Three Months, You Will:
- Identify, develop, and implement efficient and scalable servicing and asset management processes that mitigate risk.
- Collaborate within an agile team to enhance sales lead conversion rates.
- Work across operations to deliver integrated solutions that promote operational excellence.
Your Qualifications
- Active Casualty & Property insurance license.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in residential real estate, mortgage lending, asset management, financial services, or a related field.
- Comprehensive understanding of homeowners insurance policies.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills to navigate complex interactions with clients and their representatives.
- Exceptional customer service skills, along with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- A proactive mindset to take initiative and create a meaningful impact within the organization.
- A flexible learner who embraces challenges, learns from setbacks, and adapts quickly to new situations.
- Proven sales ability in insurance (preferred).
