  • Financial Management: Possesses the ability to manage the financial assets of the store.
  • Labor Laws Knowledge: Has knowledge of state and federal labor laws.
  • Delegation and Teamwork: Can delegate tasks effectively and create a teamwork atmosphere throughout the store.
  • Physical Demands: Able to lift 50 pounds regularly.
  • Background Check and Drug Test: Must be able to successfully complete a background check and drug test.
