Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Support:
    • Oversee operations staff at multiple locations
    • Perform administrative tasks related to Flex services, ensuring smooth operations
    • Monitor and track data related to customer satisfaction and student progress
    • Oversee facilities, including lease agreements, utilities, and maintaining a professional center aesthetic
  • Sales Support:
    • Work with the Director of Academic Service Operations on sales promotions and pricing structures
    • Coordinate and facilitate marketing efforts, including webinars, seminars, and direct mailings
    • Manage institutional partnerships, ensuring excellent student satisfaction
    • Ensure high standards of post-sale service and manage program data and analytics
    • Respond to customer inquiries

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years of experience managing a staff of 4-5 direct reports
  • 2+ years of administrative/sales operations experience
  • Experience working in education, college prep, or related industry preferred
  • Strong MS Office and CRM database experience
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent time-management, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task
