Operations and Supply Chain
We're seeking a seasoned manager to lead a team of test engineers that delivers production test solutions encompassing the most cutting-edge technologies powering our new products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow a talented team of engineers to deliver robust and efficient high-volume manufacturing test solutions
- Be the test owner and leader in operations for multiple products across supply chain nodes and suppliers
- Collaborate with engineering to synthesize, challenge, and shape test strategy in early development
- Build scalable and efficient engineering and management processes throughout product life cycle to ensure production test readiness
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Test or Manufacturing Engineering (or similar) including 5+ years in people management, preferably in high-volume consumer electronics industry
- BS/MS in a relevant engineering discipline, MS preferred. MBA is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Delivered multiple complex test projects from NPI to mass production under demanding timelines and cross-functional work streams
- Proven track records of cutting through ambiguity by establishing objectives and priorities, developing plans, and anticipating risks
- Comprehensive understanding of high-volume manufacturing test processes, data and failure analysis, and measurement control metrics
- Demonstrates attention to detail and enjoys both hands-on work and high-level strategic thinking
- Have a curious mind, always seeking improvement in technical and business opportunities
- Skilled in presenting complex technical updates to executive audiences
- Excels in building and nurturing positive relationships with internal and external partners

Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $252,400 and $378,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
- Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
- You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses — including tuition.
- Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments as well as relocation.
