Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Optimization: Evaluate and optimize financial processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Controller or in a similar financial leadership role, preferably within a financial services environment.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting standards; exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Leadership: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to lead and motivate a team.
