Senior Programs Director Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Life Enrichment/Activity Assistant to join our team at All Saints Neighborhood. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and implementing stimulating programs and fun social activities for our residents, promoting their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement group activities and individual engagement according to each resident's person-centered Plan of Care (POC)
  • Provide stimulating programs and fun social activities for residents
  • Support residents in maintaining or attaining their highest physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being
Qualifications and Requirements
  • One or more years of work experience with seniors/older adults
  • Previous experience working with others in a group and one-on-one setting
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Lift/carry up to 50 pounds; support up to 100 pounds
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Prior CBRF training or CNA certificate preferred
