Administrative Support Specialist

This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations in the office and call center, ensuring seamless communication between teams and clients. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience running a call center or similar role, preferably in the plumbing or home services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office functions, including organizing files, schedules, and vendor relations.
- Implement and maintain organizational systems to ensure smooth flow of information and tasks.
- Work with financial team to ensure accurate billing and invoicing.
