The Center for Restored & Connected Families is seeking dedicated licensed therapists who are enthusiastic about fostering the growth of relationships among children and their parents, assisting families who have faced trauma, and supporting couples in their quest for deeper, more meaningful connections. Our practice collaborates with major insurance providers and serves as a practicum site for aspiring therapists. We provide both in-person and telehealth services, ensuring flexibility for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and mentor unlicensed therapists
- Assist individuals facing mental or emotional challenges
- Support clients dealing with addiction issues
- Deliver therapy focused on prevention
- Develop and assess treatment plans
- Work in conjunction with other healthcare providers and facilitate referrals
- Ensure timely completion of documentation
Required Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to establish rapport with clients
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Commitment to professional growth and development
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and couples
- Capability to ethically incorporate mainstream Christian theology into therapy when appropriate
This position operates under a W-2 structure, with compensation based on a commission split along with a supervision stipend. Earnings will vary based on caseload and collected fees. We provide tax withholding, worker's compensation coverage, access to necessary practice management software, and comprehensive liability insurance.
