About the Role

As a Pre-Licensed Therapist at Clarvida, you will play a vital role in providing mental health treatment services that empower clients to achieve independence and personal growth. Your expertise will be essential in delivering individual and group counseling services to support individuals in their personal, social, educational, and vocational development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide counseling services to clients, promoting their overall well-being and empowerment.
  • Collaborate with clients to set and achieve personal goals, fostering a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address clients' unique needs and circumstances.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify clients' strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and progress.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Valid registration as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, Associate Professional Clinical Counselor, or Associate Clinical Social Worker.
  • Minimum of two years' experience working with mental health patients in inpatient and outpatient settings.
  • Valid California driver's license and active auto insurance.
