Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Senior Living Management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating and closing high-quality leads, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve and maintain minimal budgeted occupancy through effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Accurately and timely complete reports, including weekly marketing reports, occupancy reports, and end-of-month community performance reports.
  • Assist in the creation, completion, and implementation of quarterly sales and marketing plans, as well as conducting competitive analyses.
  • Determine pricing and promotional recommendations based on competitive analysis and other relevant information.
  • Participate in required sales meetings and conference calls.
  • Maintain the sales tracking system and dedicate approximately 80% of each workday to internal sales efforts.
  • Dedicate approximately 20% of each workday to external sales calls and professional relationship development.
  • Assist with the completion of marketing pre-evaluations, scheduling of actual pre-move-in evaluations, and completion of new resident move-in paperwork.
  • Respond promptly to phone and in-person inquiries from referral sources and prospective clients.
  • Educate prospects about available programs and their benefits.
  • Participate in community outreach events.
  • Possess a college degree or equivalent sales and marketing experience.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of sales and marketing experience in a geriatric, rehabilitation, nursing, and/or assisted living environment.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of generating and closing high-quality leads.
  • Possess experience completing professional sales calls.
  • Exhibit proven outreach and professional networking skills.
  • Have basic computer knowledge and the ability to utilize a calculator, copier, telephone, and personal vehicle.
  • Be a self-motivated individual with good oral and creative writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to work some weekends as Manager on Duty.
  • Possess a clean driving record.
