We are in search of a dedicated field sales representative to contribute to our rapidly expanding company within the stone sector and play a crucial role in our Tampa, FL location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell granite and quartz products to existing and potential clients in the stone industry, including fabricators, builders, developers, kitchen and bath retailers, and contractors.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with current and prospective customers.
  • Meet and exceed established sales targets and objectives.
  • Analyze market opportunities, set sales goals, and report on achievements.
  • Provide insights on customer needs, challenges, and competitive landscape.
  • Continuously seek improvement through constructive feedback.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to enhance satisfaction.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a field sales representative, preferably in the stone, construction, kitchen and bath, or design sectors.
  • Proven B2B sales experience is essential.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
  • Ability to cultivate productive business relationships.
  • Highly motivated, target-oriented, with a successful sales track record.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and selling skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Capability to create and deliver tailored presentations to meet customer needs.
  • Effective relationship management skills and receptiveness to feedback.
  • Availability to work alternating Saturdays from 9 AM to 2 PM.

Work Environment: This position requires travel and fieldwork.
