Pharmacy Technician II Position Overview

Jubilant Radiopharma, a leading name in the radiopharmaceutical industry, is on the lookout for a Pharmacy Technician II to join our dedicated team.

The Pharmacy Technician II plays a crucial role in maintaining the quality of our products and ensuring the efficient operation of our equipment. This position involves participating in the preparation and dispensing of sterile products under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist, in accordance with the regulations set forth by the Board of Pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and dispensing of pharmaceutical products while adhering to safety and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all operational procedures and protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by regulatory bodies.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to healthcare providers.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Certification as a pharmacy technician is preferred.
  • Must possess and maintain the necessary licensure/certification as mandated by the Board of Pharmacy.
  • Proficient in basic mathematical skills, including the ability to work with decimals and fractions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Occasional physical effort may be required to lift and transport materials up to 50 lbs.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle safely.
