About the Role:
  • This charge nurse will oversee daily operations on Labor & Delivery units and ensure that patients receive exceptional care.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership and experience working in a hospital setting, preferably in areas such as antepartum, assistant nurse manager, birthing, or gynecology. They will be responsible for managing staff, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining high standards of patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Shifts available: day shift, night shift, and mid shift
  • Job types available: full time, part time, and per diem

The selected candidate will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Requirements:
  • RN Diploma degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing
  • Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of North Carolina

Salary:
