Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of SAP ABAP applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and are scalable and maintainable.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, helping them to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including functional IT leads, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Develop and promote technical design standards, best practices, and guidelines for SAP ABAP development.
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving SAP product offerings and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for business and IT, providing clear technology and process direction to collaborators.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in SAP ABAP development, including experience with oData development and Fiori development.
  • Leadership ability and experience in managing offshore developers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to prioritize across multiple projects and initiatives in a global setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • SAP Certification.
