About the Role

KPMG is seeking a highly skilled Director, SAP Technical Development to join our Enterprise Solutions team in Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting business development activities, managing daily operations of SAP Advisory projects, and evaluating and implementing cloud services in an SAP environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and support business development activities, including opportunity identification, proposal development, and pursuit activities at clients.
  • Manage daily operations of SAP Advisory projects, including process design, implementation lifecycle, and project evaluations.
  • Evaluate and implement cloud services in an SAP environment using BTP to drive modern cloud-based solutions for clients.
  • Organize and execute workshops on SAP architecture and integration of cloud services, including modern user interface options.
  • Design, build, and test SAP technical development objects (RICEFW).
  • Supervise and performance manage staff working on assigned engagements and manage engagements according to KPMG's financial/cost management policies.
Qualifications
  • Minimum ten years of recent, external management consulting experience providing SAP advisory services to clients across multiple industries.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an appropriate field.
  • Possess at least ten years understanding of SAP ABAP concepts, guidelines, and SAP architecture and ABAP Object Oriented Programming.
  • Experience on BTP, CDS Views, AMDP, Workflows, IDOCs, OData, Fiori, BADIs, BAPIs.
  • Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a publication quality level.
  • Ability to travel up to 50-70%.
