Job Title: Branch Associate II

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Branch Associate II to join our team at Greater Texas Credit Union. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, assisting with daily branch operations, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-tier customer service to members, responding to their needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with daily branch operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and vault management.
  • Process member transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan applications.
  • Assist with member account maintenance, including address changes, account closures, and debit card maintenance.
  • Participate in business development events and activities to promote our products and services.
  • Collaborate with other branch team members to achieve sales and service goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on credit union policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate information to members.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in a financial institution member services or equivalent role.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of financial software.
