About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Experience Associate at AAA Northern California, Nevada & Utah. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and value to our members through genuine care, personal service, and meeting their needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform fundamental customer interactions, including member services and product sales, while maintaining knowledge and proficiency with AAA products and services.
  • Promote AAA products and services to members to achieve individual and branch goals, and reinforce the value of AAA Membership.
  • Understand and anticipate member needs, identify and recommend relevant solutions from AAA to satisfy unmet needs.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 years of work experience in sales or customer service-focused positions preferred.
  • Strong customer service orientation, active listening skills, and ability to become an expert on multiple product lines and services.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment, with approximately 98% of time spent using a video display terminal.
