We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Branch Associate - Member Experience to join our team in San Rafael. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and value to our members through genuine care, personal service, and meeting their needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to members, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Promote AAA products and services to members, identifying and recommending relevant solutions to satisfy their needs.
  • Develop strong relationships with members, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized service and support.
  • Work collaboratively with branch team members to achieve individual and branch goals, reinforcing the value of AAA membership.
  • Stay up-to-date on AAA products, services, and operations, demonstrating fiduciary accountability and ensuring process implementation and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 years of work experience in sales, customer service, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong customer service orientation, active listening skills, and ability to become an expert on multiple product lines and services.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and colleagues.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, and be flexible with work schedules.
