Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Program Supervisor to lead our Multisystemic Therapy (MST) team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical supervision, leadership, and program management, with a passion for working with children and families.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of the MST program, providing clinical supervision to therapists, and ensuring high-quality services are delivered to families. They will also be responsible for managing referrals, caseloads, and data collection, as well as collaborating with stakeholders to promote the MST program in the community.

The Clinical Program Supervisor will work closely with the MST team to develop and implement strategies to improve program outcomes, and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with program standards and regulations. They will also be responsible for providing training and support to therapists, and for promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in clinical or counseling psychology, social work, or a related field, and will have at least one year of supervisory experience. They will also have significant clinical experience in treating serious antisocial behavior in youth, and will be familiar with the MST model and its implementation.

The Clinical Program Supervisor will be a key member of the Evidence-Based Associates team, and will work closely with other staff to promote the organization's mission and goals. They will be responsible for ensuring that the MST program is delivered with high fidelity, and that outcomes are measured and reported in a timely and accurate manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the MST team in the implementation of the MST program
  • Provide clinical supervision to therapists
  • Manage referrals, caseloads, and data collection
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to promote the MST program in the community
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve program outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with program standards and regulations

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in clinical or counseling psychology, social work, or a related field
  • At least one year of supervisory experience
  • Significant clinical experience in treating serious antisocial behavior in youth
  • Familiarity with the MST model and its implementation
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and executive skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment, handle multiple assignments, and meet deadlines
